Refund policy

As a small business we do not offer a refund policy on candles, jewellery, clothing or Tropic Skincare.

However, we do recognise that sometimes your purchase isn’t quite right and we will aim to replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please get in touch at bicestercandles@gmail.com and tell us what your concern is. We aim to help resolve your concerns by working with you to find the beat outcome for all of us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
