UK DELIVERIES

We aim to fulfil your order usually within 1-3 days of your order being placed, and sent your order via Royal Mail 48 or via Royal Mail 24. Sometimes, we may use Royal Mail 2nd class services. However during busy periods like Christmas please allow extra time for deliveries to arrive, sometimes delays are up to 10 days. We cannot take responsibility for delivery times of Royal Mail services. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International orders will usually be sent with either Royal Mail, DHL or UPS on a fully Tracked and Signed for service. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year. We would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 3 - 7 working days and the rest of the world within 4 - 10 working days although some services may be faster.

Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Sadly Bicester Candles. has no control over these charges.
